My primary activities include composition, research, and sound-art. As a composer, my work focuses on acoustic, live-electronic, and interactive music. Research topic areas of interest: critical design, NMF-based spectral decomposition, machine learning/hearing, Music Information Retrieval, Bayesian modeling, digital musicology, Psychoacoustics, and brain sciences.
